Cathrine Terro Wins Poster Award at IMEKOFOODS 2025 / 26.09.2025

We are proud to announce that Cathrine Terro from the Department of Environmental Sciences received a Poster Award at the 8th IMEKOFOODS Conference, held in Ljubljana in September 2025.

Her award-winning poster, “Assessing the Authenticity and Quality of Paprika (Capsicum annuum) and Cinnamon (Cinnamomum spp.) in the Slovenian Market: A Multi-Analytical and Chemometric Approach”, presented innovative research combining multiple analytical methods with chemometrics to classify spices according to origin, production practices, and potential adulteration.
