O2 Strategic Days 2025: Collaboration, Creativity, and a Whole Lot of Fun! / 8.10.2025

From October 6 to 7, the O2 team gathered at Grmovškov dom, Kope, for our annual Strategic Days — two days dedicated to shaping our future together, strengthening connections, and enjoying some well-deserved fun in the mountains.

The event kicked off with a warm welcome and a Facilitated Participatory Decision-Making Workshop led by Matej Golob, where we explored how to make better, more inclusive decisions as a team. Through engaging discussions, collaboration, and laughter, we turned strategy into something tangible and energizing.

After a full day of brainstorming, everyone enjoyed a relaxing evening at Zajčica, featuring a delicious grill dinner and a lively DJ-hosted social night. Dancing, laughter, and great company made for the perfect ending to an inspiring day.

On Tuesday, we wrapped up our goals and to-do lists for the months ahead before heading out on an energetic hike to Pungart, soaking in the fresh mountain air and beautiful views.

We returned home tired but inspired — with clear ideas, stronger connections, and plenty of shared memories.
