Participation at the THEMES 2018 International conference in Venice / 3.12.2018

At the THEMES conference, we presented the research entitled "Carbonate system in the Gulf of Trieste” concerning the carbonate system especially CO₂ fluxes and vulnerability to acidification of the Gulf of Trieste using stable isotope approaches.

The THEMES conference was organized from November 28th to November 30th, 2018 in Venice, Italy. It was held at the Ca'Foscari University. The conference featured lectures on various subjects, while the main topic was the study of the sea, both in the Mediterranean Sea and the world's oceans. Presentations at the conference included topics such as acidification problems, carbon dioxide flows, global warming, microplastics, modeling, effects on meteorological phenomena, etc.
