The release of the Special issue in JSS related to 22nd ISEB symposium held in Piran in 2015
22nd International Symposium on Environmental Biogeochemistry (ISEB) was organized by O-2 Jožef Stefan Institute and National Institute of Biology, Marine Biological Station in Piran in 2015. Major topics addressed by the 22nd ISEB Symposium, including the geomicrobiology and geochemistry of soils and sediments in freshwaters and marine systems, are also the subject of the current special issue of the Journal of Soils and Sediments (JSS) edited by Nives Ogrinc and Jadran Faganeli. The issue contains the collection of 16 publications, which addressed the most recent advances and challenges in these fields.
