The news related to the research on authenticity and traceability of food taking truffles as an example was published on IAEA news website.

This research conducted in the Organic Biogeochemistry group is taking part of the IAEA RC project: Implementation of Nuclear Techniques for Authentication of Foods with High-Value Labelling Claims (INTACT Food): Authenticity of High-Quality Slovenian Food Products Using Advanced Analytical Techniques.
