We offer routine analyses of stable isotope composition of light elements (2H/1H, 13C/12C, 15N/14N, 18O/16O and 34S/32S) for environmental studies, hydrology, isotope ecology, food authenticity and adulteration, archaeology and forensic studies.
The analyses include the isotope analysis of water, dissolved nutrients (inorganic carbon, nitrate, sulphate), soil and sedimentary organic matter, geological samples, natural gas, plant and animal tissues, food products (wine, oil, dairy products, honey, fruit juices, condiments, flavours…), archaeological (collagen, residuals in pottery) and forensic materials. Compound specific isotope analyses of complex environmental samples and food are provided upon request.
The turnaround times depend upon the complexity of matrices and analyses. Analyses are performed using isotope ratio mass spectrometry.
