Are you preparing a research paper? If your answer is yes, then the following message is just for you: the call for the 53rd Krka Awards has been published, and with it an invitation to all of you, young researchers, to present the results of your research work.
In the school year 2022/23, we have started the research activity "Let's become a scientist" at Vodice Primary School, where we investigate the characteristics of the environment through observation and sensor technologies - we observe and measure noise, air quality, heat distribution in space, and study how all these factors affect our health and well-being.

The achievement entitled "New-age organic pollutants - how can we control them with algae?" was selected among the selection of achievements Excellent in Science 2022 in the field of medicine.

The paper on Individual-Level Exposure Assessment to Airborne Particulate Matter during Periods of Atmospheric Thermal Inversion by Rok Novak, Tjaša Kanduč, and David Kocman was featured on the main page of the Sensors journal, recognizing the importance of the paper in the field.
